العموم. وتدور حول الملك خوفو أثناء بناء الهرم الأكبر، حيث يسمع
بنبوءة الساحر ديدي بأنه سيكون آخر ملوك العائلة في حُكم مصر، حيث
سيحكم من بعده طفل وُلِد في قرية لأحد الكهنة، فيخرج خوفو على رأس
حملةٍ للتخلص من الطفل، غير أن الخبر يصل إلى الكاهن فيقوم بتهريب
ولده وزوجته لمكان بعيد، فيصل الفرعون لمنزل الكاهن ويقتل طفلًا آخر
وُلد في نفس اليوم. وهكذا تتطور الأحداث في اتجاهات شتى حتى يكبر
الطفل ويُمثِّل تهديدًا لعرش الملِك خوفو فيما بعد.
